2025 PJ Doyen
Paul J Doyen has spent over three decades officiating football at the high school and college levels, including 10 seasons at the D1 FCS level. He's led training with the Northern Kentucky Officials Association (NKOA), performed film reviews for both NKOA and the Mid South Conference and was Position Chief for Back Judges in the Ohio Valley Conference for 5 seasons.
He is a member of the Northern Kentucky Youth Football Hall of Fame (2010) and is a past recipient of the OVC's Haley-Heriges award for outstanding officiating.
In nominating PJ for this award, BCSG Board Member John Smoot said, "PJ is one of those rare individuals that strives to be successful in the business but also remembers where he came from and works hard to help others improve and move to higher levels. While working in the college game PJ took the time to be very involved with his high school association continuing to mentor young officials, evaluate film and provide constructive criticism to benefit others."
